In 1988 a team whit Bulgarian renowned specialists and experts with experience in relay protection, automatics and remote control start working at a large project – development and manufacturing of series digital devices for relay protection, automatics and remote control. The project was lead by section Robot Control in the Institute of Technical Cybernetics and Robot Control (ITCRC) under the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences – one of the most famous institutes in East Europe (the former socialist countries) in the recent past.

The Company was established in 1990 on basis of that team of the section Robot Control with the ITCRC with the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences.
