Personal and Manufacturing Premises: At the present RoCon PLC is situated in own new modern building near the centre of Sofia. The Company has personnel of 50 people, of which 15 hardware and software engineers are involved in the research-construction activities.

Equipment: The manufacture is based on universal manufacturing equipment for electronic items. There are special tools, testing and auxiliary equipment for all specific components, units etc. Manufacturing organization: It is segmented into work spots for the different operations and there are elements of production line manufacture. The construction of the items is based on a modular principle of three to four levels-components, units and devices.

Construction components: All construction components are delivered from the most eminent manufacturers of that type of components and undergo a compulsory check-up at the manufacturer's premises. During manufacture they are additionally tested for temperature endurance and correspondence to electrical parameters.

Testing laboratory: Rocon's testing laboratory has been legalised by the Committee for Standards and Measurements of the Republic of Bulgaria and is authorised to carry out state testing, as the company also carries out the routine checks of its items there.

Servicing: The Company has organized servicing facilities on the territory of all towns where these are branches of the National Electric Company. Warranty and beyond warranty period servicing is carried out within 24 hours as the units out of order are replaced, while the original item is overhauled within a fortnight.

Prices and possibilities: The support of competitive prices is determined by the specific manufacturing conditions in Bulgaria (wages, consumable, transport etc.) as well as by the exclusively high qualification of the constructors. The items incorporate a number of original Rocon patents pertaining to the means of measuring and processing of input values. This allows for an extremely high absolute accuracy, realised with a minimum quantity of components and incorporated elements.
