For each digital device of 400 SERIES:
- The device includes the functions that are necessary for protection, for monitoring and control of circuit breakers
- The device implements also additional functions for communication with the upper level of SAS through LAN - IEC 60870-5 or IEC 60870-5-103 protocol
- The dialog with the device can be performed by the device front panel or by PC and communication software MMI 400 (Man Machine Interface).
RLI 401 is a line distance and differential protection for lines up to 110 kV. The main protection function of the device is distance protection. The device can perform functions of the main or back-up protection for all fault types.
RTI 402 is a main protection for selective clearance of all types short circuits in two winding Power Transformers of practically all voltage levels. Restricted Earth fault protection for internal earth faults identification and clearance is also provided.
RTU 401 is a Bay Control Unit (BCU). The main features of the device are: Local and Remote control, status and alarm Sygnalization, SCADA-communication etc. The local network communication protocol is based on IEC 60870-5.
RFI 401 is directional overcurrent protection for medium voltage (MV) feeders and also the device can perform functions of the back-up protection for high voltage (HV) lines and Power Transformers.
As a feeder protection, the device can be used in a grounded, isolated or compensated networks. It is suitable for single/double-ends infeed feeders.
RFI 421 is a non-directional overcurrent protection for MV feeders and also the device can perform functions of the back-up protection for Power Transformers.
As a line protection, the device can be used in grounded, isolated or compensated networks. It is suitable for single-end infeed feeders.
